We are a community interest company dedicated to improving the mental and physical health and well-being of the local community through training and education.

We work in partnership with charities and the voluntary sector and have FREE places available on the following courses below.

This project targets unemployed individuals, in receipt of benefit. We offer training and volunteering opportunities.

For further support during the pandemic we have released a programme of short courses, all delivered in 2 hours, via zoom in the comfort of your own home.
